2012年5月：课题组李宝童老师在希腊雅典参加由国际生产工程科学会（院）（CIRP，The International Academy for Production Engineering）主办的第45届CIRP制造系统国际会议报告会，宣读论文《Optimal Design of Machine Tool Bed by Load Bearing Topology Identification with Weight Distribution Criterion》，并展示了课题组研究成果。
